What we collect
When you fill in the “Describe your project” form, we receive your name, your email, your company name if you give it, and what you write about your project. To limit abuse, we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address; the address itself is never stored.
Why
Only to answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver your project. We don’t sell this information or use it for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no cookies. To know how many people visit, we count page views without keeping anything that could recognise you: not your IP address, and no identifier that follows you from one day to the next. We only note the page, the site you came from, the country and the type of device. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is counted. Fonts are served by our own server, without calling third-party services.
Where and for how long
The information is kept in our database, with our cloud hosting providers, which may be located outside Quebec. We keep it while we handle your request and, if we work together, for the length of our business relationship.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time.
